Building and Space Evaluation for ADA and Universial Design

I believe the building on campus that has the best accessibility is the Harm A. Weber Academic Center. It has easy access elevators. All the hallways are 5ft wide which is the standard for access for a wheelchair. At every entrance into the building there is the option of the doors opening electronically. The only places that I see in the building that would cause some struggle is the two doors you must open to enter into a classroom.
A building on campus that is not very accessible is Volkman. The only options to go up to the dorms is by going up stairs making it impossible for anyone who struggles with stairs or is in a wheelchair able to enter the building. Even the basement has a short stair case that goes down.
